# Odysee vs Team Light

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Team Light at 100% against Odysee's 34%. Team Light also leads on rating (4.3 vs 3.4). Odysee's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (920 vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Odysee sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Team Light sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Team Light holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Odysee has 920 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
