# ALPAKA vs Dapper Boi

ALPAKA and Dapper Boi both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Dapper Boi's written reviews are positive against 59% of ALPAKA's. Dapper Boi also leads on ads (none vs shown). ALPAKA's advantage is ratings volume (780 vs 137). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for ALPAKA against 4.9 for Dapper Boi. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ALPAKA has 780 ratings behind it against 137, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of ALPAKA's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dapper Boi's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
