# Airdrop Express vs Plug®

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Plug® at 16K against Airdrop Express's 2. Airdrop Express's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Airdrop Express holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Plug® has 16K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Airdrop Express's written reviews are positive against 84% of Plug®'s.

Airdrop Express ships an update every 4 days, Plug® every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
