# Icon, Widgets & Themes vs WowKit

The clearest difference is monetization model: WowKit at free with in-app purchases against Icon, Widgets & Themes's subscription. WowKit also leads on review sentiment (74% vs 61%) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Icon, Widgets & Themes's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 1.6K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Icon, Widgets & Themes sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and WowKit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Icon, Widgets & Themes has 12K ratings behind it against 1.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two.
