# Mon journal mental vs Lyynk

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lyynk at 94% against Mon journal mental's 54%. Lyynk also leads on ratings volume (36 vs 1). Mon journal mental's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lyynk sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Mon journal mental asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mon journal mental holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lyynk has 36 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Mon journal mental's written reviews are positive against 94% of Lyynk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
