# Polar Rescue vs Train Games

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Polar Rescue at none against Train Games's 8. Polar Rescue also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Train Games's advantage is ratings volume (8.7K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Train Games sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Polar Rescue asks for nothing beyond the download.

Polar Rescue holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Train Games has 8.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
