# Kanban vs KobCard

The clearest difference is review sentiment: KobCard at 83% against Kanban's 46%. KobCard also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). Kanban's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kanban sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. KobCard asks for nothing beyond the download.

Kanban holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 280 and 377 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Kanban's written reviews are positive against 83% of KobCard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kanban ships an update fortnightly, KobCard every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
