# Zkipp vs CMX Cinemas

Zkipp and CMX Cinemas both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Zkipp's written reviews are positive against 18% of CMX Cinemas's. CMX Cinemas's advantage is ratings volume (7K vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Zkipp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CMX Cinemas has 7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
