# VPN Protector & Proxy vs AI Chatbot

The clearest difference is review sentiment: VPN Protector & Proxy at 61% against AI Chatbot's 16%. AI Chatbot's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Protector & Proxy sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and AI Chatbot sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI Chatbot holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Chatbot has 14K ratings behind it against 638, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of VPN Protector & Proxy's written reviews are positive against 16% of AI Chatbot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

VPN Protector & Proxy ships an update every 3 weeks, AI Chatbot weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
