# CollaNote vs Propellist

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Propellist at none against CollaNote's 4. Propellist also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). CollaNote's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (15K vs 4). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CollaNote sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Propellist asks for nothing beyond the download.

Propellist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CollaNote has 15K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 74% of CollaNote's written reviews are positive against 100% of Propellist's.

CollaNote ships an update every 6 days, Propellist every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
