# Proscenic vs iGarden

The clearest difference is rating: iGarden at 4.5 against Proscenic's 2.5. iGarden also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Proscenic's advantage is ratings volume (83 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iGarden holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Proscenic has 83 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Proscenic ships an update every 2 months, iGarden every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
