OnTrack is a workforce training and progress tracking app for trades businesses and other skilled teams. Managers build structured training programs, assign trades and roles, sign off skills, and see every team member's progress in one place. Employees see their training path, log completed skills, read the company handbook, and track their growth over time. OnTrack is sold to organizations, not individuals. An employer sets up their company at ontracktraining.app, is billed directly by OnTrack, and invites their team. The app itself has no purchases, and a login from your employer is required to use it.
