# GetHabit vs Atomic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Atomic at 90% against GetHabit's 14%. Atomic also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3). GetHabit's advantage is ratings volume (6.6K vs 34) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GetHabit sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Atomic sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Atomic holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetHabit has 6.6K ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 14% of GetHabit's written reviews are positive against 90% of Atomic's.

GetHabit ships an update fortnightly, Atomic every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
