# Scribble Tower vs Witch & Magic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Scribble Tower at 100% against Witch & Magic's 50%. Witch & Magic's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scribble Tower sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Witch & Magic sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Witch & Magic holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Witch & Magic has 50 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Scribble Tower's written reviews are positive against 50% of Witch & Magic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Scribble Tower ships an update every 5 months, Witch & Magic every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
