# App ICON Changer vs Icon Changer

The clearest difference is monetization model: App ICON Changer at free with in-app purchases against Icon Changer's subscription. App ICON Changer also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Icon Changer's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. App ICON Changer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Icon Changer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
