# My Widgets vs AirWidgets

My Widgets and AirWidgets both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of AirWidgets's written reviews are positive against 51% of My Widgets's. AirWidgets also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). My Widgets's advantage is ratings volume (355 vs 21). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Widgets sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AirWidgets sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Widgets has 355 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of My Widgets's written reviews are positive against 90% of AirWidgets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My Widgets ships an update every 3 months, AirWidgets every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
