# PESI vs Draftmind

The clearest difference is update cadence: Draftmind at every 2 days against PESI's fortnightly. PESI's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PESI sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Draftmind sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PESI ships an update fortnightly, Draftmind every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
