# Orbitv vs KyLin V+

The clearest difference is rating: Orbitv at 4.7 against KyLin V+'s 3.7. Orbitv also leads on ratings volume (108 vs 3). KyLin V+'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Orbitv sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and KyLin V+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Orbitv holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Orbitv has 108 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Orbitv ships an update every 5 weeks, KyLin V+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
