# 萤火虫PTE vs VoicePro

The clearest difference is rating: VoicePro at 5.0 against 萤火虫PTE's 4.4. 萤火虫PTE's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 萤火虫PTE sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and VoicePro sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VoicePro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 萤火虫PTE has 22 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

萤火虫PTE ships an update every 2 weeks, VoicePro every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
