# Vivrelle vs Taelor

The clearest difference is rating: Taelor at 4.6 against Vivrelle's 4.0. Taelor also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and review sentiment (100% vs 73%). Vivrelle's advantage is ratings volume (82 vs 5) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Taelor holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vivrelle has 82 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
