# Viva Cinco De Mayo vs BARE Blends

The clearest difference is rating: BARE Blends at 4.7 against Viva Cinco De Mayo's 4.1. BARE Blends also leads on ratings volume (493 vs 7) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months). Viva Cinco De Mayo's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 38%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BARE Blends holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BARE Blends has 493 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Viva Cinco De Mayo's written reviews are positive against 38% of BARE Blends's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Viva Cinco De Mayo ships an update every 9 months, BARE Blends every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
