# Pomodoro & Focus Timer vs TAPE

The clearest difference is rating: TAPE at 5.0 against Pomodoro & Focus Timer's 4.3. TAPE also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Pomodoro & Focus Timer's advantage is ratings volume (88 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pomodoro & Focus Timer sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and TAPE sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
