# Xiao vs Aisee plus

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Xiao at 136 against Aisee plus's 8. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aisee plus holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Xiao has 136 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Xiao's written reviews are positive against 17% of Aisee plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Xiao ships an update every 5 weeks, Aisee plus every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
