# Dancebit vs REFIT Revolution

The clearest difference is review sentiment: REFIT Revolution at 98% against Dancebit's 52%. REFIT Revolution also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Dancebit's advantage is ratings volume (28K vs 165). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dancebit sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and REFIT Revolution sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

REFIT Revolution holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dancebit has 28K ratings behind it against 165, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 52% of Dancebit's written reviews are positive against 98% of REFIT Revolution's.

Dancebit ships an update every 2 weeks, REFIT Revolution every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
