# Aesthetic Kit vs Color Widgets Kit

The clearest difference is rating: Aesthetic Kit at 4.5 against Color Widgets Kit's 3.9. Aesthetic Kit also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (4.3K vs 14). Color Widgets Kit's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aesthetic Kit sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Color Widgets Kit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Aesthetic Kit holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aesthetic Kit has 4.3K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Aesthetic Kit's written reviews are positive against 100% of Color Widgets Kit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Aesthetic Kit ships an update weekly, Color Widgets Kit every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
