# Snapic vs Prombot

The clearest difference is update cadence: Prombot at monthly against Snapic's every 16 months. Prombot also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snapic sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Prombot sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Snapic ships an update every 16 months, Prombot monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
