# Doodle Jump 2 vs Arc 9

The clearest difference is rating: Arc 9 at 5.0 against Doodle Jump 2's 4.5. Arc 9 also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Doodle Jump 2's advantage is ratings volume (38K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doodle Jump 2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Arc 9 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Arc 9 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doodle Jump 2 has 38K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Doodle Jump 2 ships an update monthly, Arc 9 weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
