# Sticky Color Notes Widget vs Note on Wallpaper

The clearest difference is rating: Sticky Color Notes Widget at 4.5 against Note on Wallpaper's 4.2. Sticky Color Notes Widget also leads on ratings volume (118 vs 16). Note on Wallpaper's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 61%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sticky Color Notes Widget sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Note on Wallpaper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sticky Color Notes Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Color Notes Widget has 118 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Sticky Color Notes Widget's written reviews are positive against 80% of Note on Wallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sticky Color Notes Widget ships an update every 6 weeks, Note on Wallpaper fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
