# Genuiniti vs Unlock

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Genuiniti at none against Unlock's 10. Genuiniti also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.5 vs 4.0). Unlock's advantage is review sentiment (58% vs 37%) and chart position (#140 vs unranked). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unlock sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Genuiniti asks for nothing beyond the download.

Genuiniti holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unlock has 3.5K ratings behind it against 617, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Genuiniti's written reviews are positive against 58% of Unlock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Genuiniti ships an update every 11 days, Unlock every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
