# Happy's Shaved Ice vs TEA2GO

The clearest difference is rating: Happy's Shaved Ice at 4.8 against TEA2GO's 3.4. Happy's Shaved Ice also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). TEA2GO's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 0%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Happy's Shaved Ice holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TEA2GO has 71 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Happy's Shaved Ice's written reviews are positive against 40% of TEA2GO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Happy's Shaved Ice ships an update every 23 months, TEA2GO every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
