# Daring Meet vs Bid

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Daring Meet at none against Bid's 3. Daring Meet also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16). Bid's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bid sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Daring Meet asks for nothing beyond the download.

Daring Meet ships an update every 3 months, Bid every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
