# PhotoNote vs ScrollBack

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PhotoNote at 82% against ScrollBack's 0%. PhotoNote also leads on rating (4.4 vs 3.9) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 months). ScrollBack's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PhotoNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and ScrollBack sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
