# GrowthDay vs FLK Method

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FLK Method at none against GrowthDay's 14. FLK Method also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). GrowthDay's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 40). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GrowthDay sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $29.00 per month. FLK Method asks for nothing beyond the download.

FLK Method holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GrowthDay has 2.3K ratings behind it against 40, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 93% of GrowthDay's written reviews are positive against 100% of FLK Method's.

GrowthDay ships an update every 6 days, FLK Method monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
