# Base Attack vs TNT

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TNT at none against Base Attack's 6. TNT also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Base Attack's advantage is ratings volume (15K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Base Attack sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. TNT asks for nothing beyond the download.

TNT holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Base Attack has 15K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Base Attack ships an update monthly, TNT every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
