# BN vs ClicSmart

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ClicSmart at 50% against BN's 19%. BN's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BN holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BN has 1.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of BN's written reviews are positive against 50% of ClicSmart's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BN ships an update every 3 months, ClicSmart every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
