# HBN Smart vs Tacklife

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tacklife at every 3 months against HBN Smart's every 8 months. Tacklife also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.2). HBN Smart's advantage is ratings volume (3.2K vs 202). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for HBN Smart against 4.7 for Tacklife. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HBN Smart has 3.2K ratings behind it against 202, so its average is the more settled of the two.
