# KTrunk vs Secret Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Secret Notes at every 3 days against KTrunk's monthly. KTrunk's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KTrunk sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Secret Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KTrunk ships an update monthly, Secret Notes every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
