# Godox Light vs NANLINK

The clearest difference is rating: Godox Light at 3.0 against NANLINK's 2.0. NANLINK's advantage is ratings volume (93 vs 6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Godox Light holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NANLINK has 93 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Godox Light's written reviews are positive against 19% of NANLINK's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Godox Light ships an update monthly, NANLINK fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
