# Slash Royal vs Crawler Hit

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Crawler Hit at 100% against Slash Royal's 52%. Slash Royal's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.7) and update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slash Royal sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Crawler Hit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slash Royal holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slash Royal has 677 ratings behind it against 45, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Slash Royal's written reviews are positive against 100% of Crawler Hit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Slash Royal ships an update monthly, Crawler Hit every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
