The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Scribe at none against Notesnook's 20. Scribe also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Notesnook's advantage is ratings volume (672 vs 2) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notesnook sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Scribe asks for nothing beyond the download.
