# Notesnook vs Note

The clearest difference is update cadence: Note at daily against Notesnook's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notesnook sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Note sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
