# Notesnook vs Keep AI

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Notesnook at 692 against Keep AI's 5. Notesnook also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). Keep AI's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 79%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notesnook sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Keep AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Notesnook against 4.8 for Keep AI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notesnook has 692 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Notesnook's written reviews are positive against 100% of Keep AI's.

Notesnook ships an update every 8 days, Keep AI weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
