# Keells vs SimplyTek Store

The clearest difference is rating: SimplyTek Store at 5.0 against Keells's 2.4. SimplyTek Store also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). Keells's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SimplyTek Store holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Keells has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Keells ships an update every 5 months, SimplyTek Store every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
