# Life vs MyIIS

Life and MyIIS both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MyIIS's written reviews are positive against 13% of Life's. MyIIS also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). Life's advantage is ratings volume (296 vs 11). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Life against 4.3 for MyIIS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Life has 296 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 13% of Life's written reviews are positive against 100% of MyIIS's.

Life ships an update weekly, MyIIS every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
