# Camelback Resort vs NexPass

The clearest difference is rating: NexPass at 4.4 against Camelback Resort's 2.7. NexPass also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 43). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NexPass holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NexPass has 1.8K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Camelback Resort's written reviews are positive against 19% of NexPass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Camelback Resort ships an update every 5 weeks, NexPass every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
