# McClockface vs Attune

The clearest difference is rating: Attune at 5.0 against McClockface's 4.5. Attune also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). McClockface's advantage is ratings volume (357 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. McClockface sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.00 per 7 days and Attune sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Attune holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: McClockface has 357 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

McClockface ships an update every 3 weeks, Attune weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
