# AHA VPN vs VPN Proxy

The clearest difference is ads: VPN Proxy at none against AHA VPN's shown. VPN Proxy also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). AHA VPN's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 43%) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AHA VPN sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and VPN Proxy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AHA VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AHA VPN has 118 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 73% of AHA VPN's written reviews are positive against 43% of VPN Proxy's.

AHA VPN ships an update fortnightly, VPN Proxy weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
