# iPakt vs EPIC PLUS

iPakt and EPIC PLUS both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of EPIC PLUS's written reviews are positive against 9% of iPakt's. EPIC PLUS also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 2). iPakt's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for iPakt against 5.0 for EPIC PLUS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EPIC PLUS has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 9% of iPakt's written reviews are positive against 100% of EPIC PLUS's.

iPakt ships an update every 7 months, EPIC PLUS every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
