The clearest difference is rating: Final Fatality at 4.6 against Super Powers 3D Hero Simulator's 3.9. Final Fatality also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (226 vs 22). Super Powers 3D Hero Simulator's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Final Fatality holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Final Fatality has 226 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two.
