# Principal Task vs Accomplist

The clearest difference is update cadence: Accomplist at every 3 weeks against Principal Task's every 3 months. Accomplist also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Principal Task sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Accomplist sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Principal Task against 5.0 for Accomplist. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Accomplist has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Principal Task ships an update every 3 months, Accomplist every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
